9:30pm:
“the Cafe Waiters’ Race” by Enjoy St Barth from 25 Quarter, Rue du Général de Gaulle in Gustavia.
10:30pm: “St-Barth Bartender Contest” by Gin Cognac Martell & Enjoy St Barth at 25 Quarter in Gustavia. (open to the public).

 

 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2019

 

10am: Amateur contest in teams “Joyfood Challenge” by Badoit, at Tamarin St Barth, Saline.
(President of jury Rémi Chambard) (open to the public).
7pm: Chefs’ Dinners at the Festival Partners’ Hotels & Restaurants

 

 

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2019

 

8am-10am : “St Barth Chefs Challenge” by Champagne Barons de Rothschild & Chef’s Market at Bonito.
(President of jury : chef Arnaud Faye, patron chef of the 2019 Festival), (open to the public).
10am-12am: Amateurs Pastry Competition “Petites toques St Barth”, Quai Général de Gaulle in Gustavia.
(President of jury : chef Stéphane Buron – Open to the public).
12am-1pm: Awards Ceremony 2019, Quai Général de Gaulle in Gustavia (open to the public).
7pm: Chefs’ Dinners at the Festival Partners’ Hotels & Restaurant
