10am: Press conférence in the presence of the patron chef & guest chefs at Palace Cheval Blanc St Barth Isle de France
5pm-8pm: “Saint-Barth Bartender Contest” by Glenlivet Caribbean cask in participating establishments, (open to the public)
7pm: Chefs’ Dinners at the Festival Partners’ Hotels & Restaurants
9pm: “the Cafe Waiters’ Race” by Enjoy St Barth from Quarter Kitchen & Cocktail Lab, Rue du Général de Gaulle in Gustavia.

 

 

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2020

 

5pm-8pm: “Saint-Barth Bartender Contest” by Glenlivet Caribbean cask in participating establishments, (open to the public)
7pm: Chefs’ Dinners at the Festival Partners’ Hotels & Restaurants

 

 

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2020

 

10am: Amateur contest in teams “Joyfood Challenge” by Badoit, at L’Esprit, Saline. (open to the public).
2:30pm-4:30pm: Sommeliers and Tasters Knowledgeable Contest by DT Wine, at Tamarin St Barth, Saline. (open to the public).
5pm-8pm: “Saint-Barth Bartender Contest” by Glenlivet Caribbean cask in participating establishments, (open to the public)
7pm: Chefs’ Dinners at the Festival Partners’ Hotels & Restaurants.

 

 

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2020

 

8am-10am : “St Barth Chefs Challenge” by Champagne Barons de Rothschild & & OAK St Barth at Bonito.
(President of jury : chef Pierre Gagnaire, patron chef of the 2020 Festival), (open to the public).
9am: Amateurs Pastry Competition “Grandes toques St Barth”, square of the Collectivity Gustavia. President of the jury: Chef Sébastien Vauxion, the jury: Chef Dimitri Droisneau. (open to the public).
10pm: Amateurs Pastry Competition “Petites toques St Barth”, square of the Collectivity Gustavia.
President of the jury: Chef Cédric Grolet, the jury: Chef Juan Arbelaez. (Open to the public).
12am-1pm: Awards Ceremony 2020, square of the Collectivity Gustavia.
7pm: Chefs’ Dinners at the Festival Partners’ Hotels & Restaurant
