SAINT BARTH GOURMET FESTIVAL

From November 9 to 15, 2026, Saint-Barthélemy will once again come alive with the flavors of fine dining during the Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival.

For this new edition, renowned chefs from diverse backgrounds will gather on the island to share their expertise, creativity, and passion alongside participating establishments.

Throughout the week, residents and visitors will be invited to enjoy unique culinary experiences created especially for the occasion. Encounters, discoveries, and exceptional flavors will come together to celebrate gastronomy in the extraordinary setting of Saint-Barthélemy.

An Exceptional Lineup

This new edition will bring together an exceptional selection of some of the most talented chefs and pastry chefs of their generation, coming from mainland France and South America.

Alongside the chefs from the festival’s partner establishments, they will combine their expertise to create exceptional lunches and dinners from November 11 to 14, as well as exclusive culinary encounters and gastronomic experiences throughout the festival.

As every year, the guest chefs will create menus specially designed for the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival, inviting residents and visitors to discover their culinary world, creativity, and signature dishes.

For its 13th edition, the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival reaffirms its place among Saint-Barthélemy’s most iconic gastronomic events.

Since its creation in 2013, the Festival has contributed to showcasing the island through gastronomy, bringing together renowned chefs around the values of sharing, conviviality, and authenticity that lie at the heart of Saint-Barthélemy’s identity.
